    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    I'd be happy for minor tweaks, such as taking offside from the position of feet alone (chips in the toes of boots could then simplify offside decisions and make them instantaneous). But is there really a problem with lack of goals? Don't see it myself.

    You literally have to draw the line somewhere. There is something in discounting arms. In fact, simplifying things by only considering the torso might be an improvement. But regardless of the tweaks there will always be lines drawn with VAR, and there will always be highly marginal decisions.

    Definitely worth keeping tabs on. Good stats, but he is playing in the Dutch second tier which is probably league one to two standard. Best in league for aerial challenges and 97th percentile for blocks.

    Harry Darling …

    In 9 games under Sheehan with Darling in the side we've won 7 and drawn 2, away draws against Leeds and Preston. His Fotmob rating was 6.8 in one game, but otherwise was 7.3 up to 8.1. Just 3 goals conceded in those 9 games.
