• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I like more goals and assists from a player, playing the top end of the pitch. I am fed up of seeing him hit row Z too many times, whether that's shooting or crossing.

Another player you have to look at the stats, approaching 50 games for us with very few goals and assists.

We need a more attack minded player there, 46 games with 2 goals and 2 assists when are people going to smell the bacon. Franco either plays defensive midfield or he doesn't play.

I personally think a better coach will get a better tune with this squad. Midfield jigsaw needs sorting, the players today are too similar, another game goes by for Franco for me where he doesn't add anything. I feel Franco is too slow to link with Galbraith, Galbraith needs another player on...

We need more creativity with Stamenic and Galbraith, when Franco is playing with them their are too much alike.

Disappointed with subs I prefer Benson to EOM, and the midfield needs freshening up.

    Burgess v Darling

Burgess better all round defender, Darling has the edge over him on distribution and that's it. Burgess has given the ball away in dangerous areas in a few games already.

Good analysis, hit the nail on the head with our possession. I thought it was a dive for the pen on the first watch, so I don't blame the ref for not giving it.

    Alan Sheehan.

You are right, Forest showed a bit of complacency and should have easily buried us with some big sitters missed for 3-1. You could see the huge gulf in class between premier league and championship, but credit for the comeback and not giving in. I was critical of Franco's role in midfield...

Some nice stuff without real hurting the opposition, still a little concerned with patterns of play, some big gaps with no players there and too many times players don't have options to pass to and the ball goes backwards. I still feel like Forest are playing in 1st gear and can turn it on at...

Which Player Goes For Biggest Fee?

The last 4 seasons have been hard to endure and It's been so bad that I have lost the love of the sport. I basically only watch Swans games now and maybe the Sunday 4:30 game. Darts has taken over football in my household now, my kids have completely lost interest with the Swans that's how much...

Running off your mouth these days is going to cost your pennies, so he needs to weigh up the loss of income for being controversial.

Which Player Goes For Biggest Fee?

Inoussa for me at the moment, the only game changer in the team that can beat a man one on one then closely followed by Galbraith. Idah, Widell, Wales and Stamenic need to see more of. With Vipotnik , Ronald and Franco I would start the car if we got £3/4 million for these and EOM I would...
