    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    I am not sure who will come in for the likes of Ronald, EOM and Inoussa. We have bought too many flops for our money.

    A lot better than under Sheehan, but unfortunately for Matos we just don't have the quality in the final third. It looks we are stuck with these players for a few seasons.

    Matos is an improvement over Sheehan, but a world class coach is not going to get much change from this current crop of players.     Anybody from midfield on could have been substituted. No real quality going forward tonight. I am fed up of players not performing the basics right.

    The right back role is our highest priority at the moment come January. I got slated years ago for calling him out after the Leicester winger give him such a beating a couple of seasons ago.     If we sign a half decent right back and two wingers and we will have worthy starting line ups to compete against anyone in this league and we are yet to have a full team coaches with us. We could be a different side a month from now.

    We are carrying too many bad players at this level. Recruitment this summer starting to look like a big waste of cash.

    It's starting to annoy me now how easily we go down for things. We need better acting classes, if I was referring us, I wouldn't give us f all.

    Middle of the park looks really weak with the combination of Stamenic, Franco and Widdell and then we have the exciting wingers of EOM and Ronald, not. I personally think we can't afford to be playing our best midfielder at right back.

    He's shown nothing for me at the moment, he's a major downgrade on O'Brien and Grimes. He's looks the part, big physical defensive midfielder, I have just found him too slow to do anything in or out of possession, but I have not given up on him just yet, hopefully he can prove me wrong.

    I disagree with decent talent in midfield. I'm most disappointed with Stamenic, he's poor version of Jay Fulton. The defenders just have no options passing out from the back, the midfield is in hiding in defence and attack.
