I'm not writing Idah off just yet, but it's not a great start. Guehi is still fresh in my mind.

Has Nathan Jones constantly knawing off his fingers always been a thing?

    Today’s Rain

If I had the energy! :ROFLMAO: We tend to just lock ourselves in the bedroom and watch a scary film (it's normally the only time we watch horror-types of films as we're not fans of them generally) - so I suppose we take it in a little, but that's as far as it goes!

Yeah, that should be the 'rule'. If your house is decorated or you have pumpkins etc by the door, that's fair game. I've never celebrated Halloween, load of BS.

    Today’s Rain

I never went trick or treating as a child, for whatever reason, neither did my wife...never really interested us. Door will be firmly locked with the lights off tonight. With a 1 year old sleeping by then, I don't really want to be opening and closing the door anyway. We even put a sign up...

OMG, can you imagine, a bumper wage promised, a big warchest and a starring role in the next Netflix series. Brendan would love it.

    Brendan

I don’t think anyone is seriously suggesting it could happen.
  9. MrSwerve

    Brendan

Not that I disagree with you, but he's a good manager and prospective players would be pulled in by his name and to work under him. I agree though it's not happening!

    Brendan

With respect to Sheehan though, Brendan is a proven winner and Premier League manager. Guidolin was sacked off for Bob Bradley because of their obsession to have an American in charge.

    Brendan

Yep - and I'm sure at this moment in time, Rodgers would only be tempted back were we to give him one of the biggest budgets and wage in the league, which I can't see happening. We would drop Sheehan in an instant if Rodgers agreed to sign. It would be different if we were say halfway through...

    Brendan

I wonder if there's any hint of romanticism within Brendan that would tempt him back here. I don't doubt that he probably thinks he's above where we are now, a PL manager at least, but there are plenty of successful/famous/big managers who step into our league now. The league is on another level...
