That's right, and once they managed to stifle our wingers we had no plan B to fall back on.

    Widell

If he's not injured it's a poor decision in my opinion. Playing for Sweden less than 6 months ago , and now can't get into our matchday squad ahead of Fulton. Hope we don't ruin his career by our reluctance to play him. Think he should be our 10 option , because we desperately need one at the...

It's not a case of that. The Plymouth fixture home last season was a joy to watch, 3 goals scored, could have been 7 , and a performance full of attacking intent. I've seen nothing close to it since , particularly this season. Most home league games this season have been an absolute bore fest...

2 shots on target in 90 minutes, absolutely appalling.

Performances like most of our home league games so far are not winning fans back though are they? Complete lack of creativity in the team, same thing every attack, ball out wide ,nothing through the middle for our strikers to run on to, no proper 10 linking the strikers and wide men.

Benda could have been given a book to read for most of the afternoon, utterly uninspiring attacking display yet again.

Is that why Fulton is in the squad, because he's tall. Can't possibly think of another good reason why he should be anywhere near a matchday squad.

Where is Widell, this player that was so good that we had to sign him and loan him back in January for fear of losing him to bigger clubs.

    Russell Martin

Can't think of any other manager that would have survived here with his appalling record of something like 3 wins in 20 odd games, and I'm sure 1 of those was against 10 men.

Carabao Cup Fourth Round - Swansea City v Manchester City

Well Cardiff were only a penalty shoot out away from winning it prior to us lifting the trophy so nothing is impossible. Sure i was on my way back from a Swans match that day and was a fanatical Liverpool fan for the afternoon.

Hopefully it's one ex player that won't score against us.

Get ready for the excuses, Millwall are our bogey side, won 4 of the last 5 against us.

Alan Sheehan on Birmingham City | Reaction

For years us fans have been wishing that we had more ambitious owners, and that we had a bench full of substitutes that would impact a game. Now we have that a lot of posters are still saying they would be happy with a mid table finish. It beggars belief. I am sure the owners wouldn't be happy...

I've been there, every game apart from illness. Seriously, do you think it's much more entertaining than it has been over the last few years. It's more direct, but we are certainly not creating a bundle of chances with the goalkeeper being tested on a regular basis. No shots on target first half...

Alan Sheehan on Birmingham City | Reaction

Not many on here are saying he's a shit manager, but the football in league games this year has been mostly boring, and he has got a tendency to try and hang on to what we have, generally from the hour mark onwards. We now have some exciting players at the club, Yalcouye, Inoussa, Galbraith...

Middlesbrough had a lot of incomings this season, and they had a new manager to get acclimatised to , but they seem to have started fine looking at the table. Stop making excuses for some bang average performances so far .

    S25/26 | The Official Match Thread | Birmingham City 1 Swansea City 0 | Att: 27,441 | The EFL Championship | St Andrew’s Stadium

Vigoroux, Cabango and Stamenic didn't play on Wednesday and Vipotnik only played less than 20 minutes, that's the spine of the team. We were beaten today by a poor decision by a linesman and yet another poor half of football. Substitutes should have been introduced sooner today to hopefully...

Well we finished 11th last season, and our bench was nowhere near as talented as it is this season. With the players that have been brought to the club, and the money invested, i am sure the owners are hoping to be somewhere around the play off places.
