We just won and kept our first clean sheet in a month and a half.
Should absolutely stick with the same side if possible and make substitutions if/when players show fatigue

Ronald has got ability, but he's so frustrating. He doesn't seem to have that killer instinct which says "I'm going to score, no matter what".
Last night, having watched the highlights several times, I'm fairly sure he dived for his penalty appeal. He got the slightest of touches in the back but went down like he was poleaxed. His first thought should have been "get it under control, swivel and shoot for goal" but it seems to have been "how can I con the ref here?".
Later, when he ghosted into the area past two players, his first thought should have been "put your laces through it, even if it's saved we might get a good rebound or deflection". Instead, his thought was "I'll slip it through to Vip with his back to goal, let's see if we can walk it into the net with another two or three clever passes".

I thought he dived as well. Seems like he didn't in this screen shot.
