The Cardiff Bubble

It will be interesting to see how many give up their Saturday evening to go and watch a championship football match. We watch a movie on Saturday evenings so will just have an occasional glance at Planet Swans during the game.

I see the trust were kept fully informed of the decisions taken the club again then: :?

Why restriction on those who went last year? I missed because of domestic reasons, but am ST and JA and attended less "attractive" away games last season now at bottom of list, the old loyalty system worked better. They don't care we are not supporters we are customers or units!!! :(

No food or drink? Including non alcoholic drinks or some snacks for kids?

Pretty sure that’s not really allowed.

It is when you assume the antiquated policing mindset that all football fans are monstrous hooligans and should be treated as such.

It's 2023 but they're stuck in 1983.

I don't see why the vast majority of supporters who behave themselves should suffer because of a few Burberry-capped dickheads. Never understood it, never will.

It's just lazy policing. They should fill the stadium with cops, and let them go to town with a baton on anyone who plays up, then afterwards make an example of them, jail them and hand out lifetime bans and get the papers to publish it as a deterrent. But no, easier to just tar everyone with the same brush.

They need to be better. And the clubs - both clubs - need to speak up more and actually stick up for their supporters instead of putting up with this crap.

That bit jumped out at me.

Also ignoring the did you attend the last game there.

I.D double/ treble check etc.

This is a football game, if they believe so many travel to cause trouble, then sort it out, not add restriction after restriction for fans who just want to see a game.n

As an aside we've done it before, now there are tickets available for fans living nearer Cardiff than Swansea that won't have to travel from Swansea. You have to pay for ticket and travel, and then apply for ticket only. If successful you get the travel part reimbursed. Not sure what happens if you're not.

In our case( not thinking at all) it would be travel past Cardiff to travel back again and cost 3 x £20.

It's about time we were all chipped 👍😉

Already saying sold out when just logged on. That cannot be right unless they are limiting the number of purchases in this first window?

It amazes me, the No of Richard heads that show up for this game
When I went last season, the No of p7ssed up, racist and misogynistic tw@ts that were on our bus was quite worrying.

And in the home game. All around me were people I'd never seen before, all on drink, drugs or the sticky sticky getting aggressive because they were alone in chanting about Sala in a box ('it's Cardiff innit butt').

These are frankly ridiculous restrictions including the inability it seems to take a bottle of water with you

And as for the Trust scrabbling around taking feedback shows that the "excellent relationship on the ground" obtained for selling out against the membership wishes was nothing other than complete bollocks. Who would have thought it!
