We gifted Leicester City goals - we need to keep our concentration

We are "gifting" every single side we come up against goals, sort the defence out, or go the same way as your predecessor would be sensible advice I'd have thought...

We have been gifting teams goals since Cooper departed. Most teams at this level simply haven't collectively got the players to play that type of football.

And the successful ones don't. Not Leicester, Southampton (with Martin!), Ipswich or Leeds. Nor Burnley, Forest...etc etc. Yes, they have much, much better players, but they don't pretend they are Man City. We are persisting with something that cannot work over a season. Midtable Martin has already demonstrated its upper limit. I dread to think what the lower limit might be if we keep gifting goals this way.

I'm not a qualified football manager, but can't shake the idea that we always look vulnerable, concede more goals, get overrun in midfield and lose, when we play with a back 5. I think Martin had better results with a 4, and wonder if this is the system most ingrained in players, and how easy it is to change to a 5, with just a few hundred hours of training, compared to a lifetimes back 4 play.
Anyone got any stats on this?

First goal was so close to offside - I would say the second was not a pelanty and that stooopid pass out from Rushworth was criminal but is where we are really focusing our frustration at. Those passes just shouldnt happen
