The Swans have been dealt a blow in the past two weeks and have confirmed today that Morgan Gibbs-White has been ruled out for three months with a fractured foot sustained two weeks ago against Millwall.

The news was confirmed when the team sheets were revealed for this afternoon’s game against Huddersfield with the news clearly kept from the public to assist them in their transfer dealings over the past few days.

Gibbs-White has been a key feature for the Swans this season since arriving on loan from Wolves and the news that he is unlikely to feature again this year is a big one but not one that we can’t overcome given our recent transfer dealings.

Gibbs-White has scored once in five games so far this season.
