Wayne Routledge, Nathan Dyer and Pablo Hernandez all played in last weekend’s 4-1 destruction of QPR at the Liberty and Ash hailed the performance of the wingers in that particular game.

โ€œWhen we play with the three little guys linking up like they did โ€“ it is very difficult for the opposition,โ€ said the Wales skipper.

โ€œYou donโ€™t want to face the three of them all together in training, let alone a game situation.

โ€œThey are a big threat, and ask a lot of question of opposition defences. Itโ€™s been a useful option for the manager this season, as we saw again against QPR. It was very similar to the West Brom game at home.

โ€œHopefully it will bring us more success.โ€

Ash is out with the squad at the moment in Dubai where they are enjoying a break in the sun before coming back to take on Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday

โ€œWe have done well over a hectic period. I think we have deserved this considering the results weโ€™ve had,โ€ added Williams.

โ€œItโ€™s great to get away, get some sun on the body and the joints, recharge the batteries and bond even more.

โ€œEveryone knows now that they have to be at the top of their game when you get an opportunity to play in this team.

โ€œAnd with some massive games coming up, including the game at Liverpool and the Capital One Cup Final, everyone needs to be sharp and ready.

โ€œSo this trip is ideal for us.โ€
