At least that is the view of the Swansea manager Roberto Martinez who revealed that Scotland is not yet ready to start a game but he is more than pleased with his process to date.<\/p>\n
Talking to the Western Mail, Roberto said “Jason isn’t ready to start a game yet. But we were very, very happy with what he brought into the squad on Saturday.<\/p>\n
“His performance was of the highest quality and hopefully he will be fit for a full 90 minutes very soon.<\/p>\n
“Right now what I’m interested in is seeing Jason being effective on the pitch, not how long he is on it for."<\/p>\n
Roberto also revealed his delight that Garry Monk would not miss any league games following his dismissal on Saturday “It’s good that Garry won’t miss any league games." he added<\/p>\n
“I didn’t think it was a sending off but there are always ways to get positives out of these negatives.<\/p>\n
“Garry will be available for selection on Saturday and that’s great.<\/p>\n
