Unbeaten at home this season, Roberto has already done his homework ahead of the game and believes that QPR will play the same as they always do in the game.<\/p>\n
He told the Western Mail \u201cIf you ask any manager, of course you would prefer to have high expectations and their money, rather than having a lack of funds and lack of expectations<\/p>\n
\u201cBut I\u2019m not envious at all. I\u2019m delighted with the players I\u2019ve got.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen you work with these players on a daily basis, it makes you feel very, very proud.<\/p>\n
\u201cFeeling like that allows you not to envy anyone. And, anyway, sometimes expectations can work for and against you.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m sure there will be times when the pressure might get too much, but you may also find there are times when teams go there and freeze.<\/p>\n
\u201cQPR are very different opposition to Ipswich, who are purists, who love to play football and allowed us to be ourselves,\u201d said the Spaniard.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey are physically strong and they will come here for the three points, they won\u2019t just sit back and defend like a lot of other teams do here.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey play exactly the same everywhere they go. I watched them at St Andrews against Birmingham.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey don\u2019t concede cheaply and we\u2019ll have to be on top of our game if we want to get anything out of it.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe need to show that we are multi-dimensional and can compete with anybody.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe just want to carry on where we left off at Ipswich \u2013 we don\u2019t play for statistics,\u201d he said. \u201cWe play for ourselves, and what\u2019s important is that we get stronger every game.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have to say, though, that the fans have played a huge part in that run. The noise they make around the stadium is a huge strength for us, it\u2019s unique.<\/p>\n
