{"id":15588,"date":"2008-10-30T20:05:00","date_gmt":"2008-10-30T20:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.staging28.planetswans.co.uk\/?p=15588"},"modified":"2020-10-29T19:54:42","modified_gmt":"2020-10-29T19:54:42","slug":"pratley-sees-no-fear-in-championship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jackarmy.net\/wp67\/2008\/10\/30\/pratley-sees-no-fear-in-championship\/","title":{"rendered":"Pratley Sees No Fear In Championship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pratley sees his Swansea team mates sitting comfortably in 10th position on their return to the second tier of English football and believes that there is nothing in the Championship to fear as they prepare for a battle with last season&#8217;s League One play off winners Doncaster Rovers.<\/p>\n<p>The Swans head there on the back of their first defeat in six games &#8211; a 2-1 reverse at Wolves on Tuesdsay night but even with them returning to the top of the league after the victory, Pratley has seen nothing to impress him.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the Western Mail, the midfielder said \u201cThere\u2019s not much difference from League One, to be honest<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOK, it\u2019s more physical and your mistakes get punished a bit more. But apart from that, most of the teams in League One could play in this league.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAgainst Reading (where the Swans lost 4-0), we didn\u2019t turn up, but I haven\u2019t seen anything to fear.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLast year we were in League One and we may have got promotion, but that\u2019s done now.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to establish ourselves in this division.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd we didn\u2019t go to Wolves and get run ragged. Instead, we went to the league leaders, and, in my opinion, played the better stuff.
