\u201cIt was deafening at the Liberty Stadium and I guess it will be even better when we go back for the Championship match on Sunday.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd it will be even more special for the match at Ninian Park. That\u2019s a traditional old stadium with great atmosphere. It\u2019s been fantastic with around 18,000 fans at matches and I can\u2019t think what it will be like for Cardiff v Swansea .<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I first signed for Cardiff I didn\u2019t know a lot about the South Wales rivalry. A few of the lads talked about and then I experienced it first hand.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s fantastic that there are two more derbies to come and we are ready for Sunday\u2019s trip to the Liberty.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe passion of Bluebirds\u2019 fans is right up there with those of Celtic and Rangers. That really transfers on to the pitch and lifts the players. The fans can play their part in lifting the team.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have to say Swansea v Cardiff was the best I\u2019ve experienced so far,\u201d said McCormack. \u201cWe weren\u2019t at all happy with the result, of course, but the atmosphere was remarkable.<\/p>\n
\u201cMaybe the Championship overall has more quality players, but there are similarities. Many of the teams I\u2019ve played against in the Championship would finish high in the SPL.<\/p>\n
