Ledley’s joy was there for all to see just minutes after he had missed another chance to bring the Bluebirds level as they enjoyed their only real spell of continued pressure in the game.<\/p>\n
Speaking after the match, Ledley told the South Wales echo \u201cThe Swans fans gave me some stick because they know I\u2019m a Cardiff boy<\/p>\n
\u201cSo I took great pleasure in scoring against them!<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s just a pity it wasn\u2019t the winner.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was a special moment, don\u2019t get me wrong.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut it didn\u2019t give me as much satisfaction as scoring the winner in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt will take something a bit special to beat that.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe first chance jumped up at me a bit<\/p>\n
\u201cBut, when the next one fell to me, I had to shoot from where I was inside the area.<\/p>\n
\u201cI caught it on the half-volley and it flew in.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThe finger is fine,\u201d he insisted.<\/p>\n
\u201cI didn\u2019t feel a thing.<\/p>\n
