"Roberto knows his stuff and he knew Jordi had the aility to do a good job for Swansea City. He's got ability on the ball, he scores goals and he's great at set pieces.<\/p>\n
"Nothing will happen with Jordi until Esplanyol know where they will be next season. That's perfectly understandable. They don't know if they're going to be in the first division or the second. If they go down they may decide to call him ack.<\/p>\n
"We wanted to sign Jordi permanently last year but Espanyol would only loan him out. Roberto wants to keep him. We've just got to wait and see what happens.<\/p>\n
"After what Jordi has done this season they may get bids from all over the place for him and his value may have gone sky high. Clubs from the Premier League may try to sign him or clubs in the Championship who've got the £11m parachute payment.<\/p>\n
