The piece in the paper says "Spaniard Martinez is set to leave Swansea to become the Latics' new manager and plans to take chief scout Kevin Reeves and assistant boss Graeme Jones with him.<\/p>\n
"Right-back Rangel, 26, is set to become one of Martinez's first signings and could cost around £3million."<\/p>\n
