That\u2019s my motto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was the same when David Cotterill came in. I was playing well and I knew that if I keep to what I was doing I would keep my place. It\u2019s the same now.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cScott has come in, he\u2019s only played a few games, but he wants to establish himself and be consistent too,\u201d said Dyer, insisting that playing regularly is the key after completing his first full season only last term. \u201cWe don\u2019t just want to have one good game here and a couple of bad ones \u2013 we want to be on the ball all the time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re happy with the way we\u2019re playing and the manager lets us play our own game, especially the attackers. We were more defensive last year, but the gaffer has come in and said look, \u2018I want to play attacking football, score goals and win matches.\u2019 That\u2019s the only way we\u2019ll do it by going out and attacking.
