“It was really important for us to get a point at Doncaster because we at least deserved a draw,” he told the Evening Post.<\/p>\n
“I was confident we would get the goal in the end because we kept probing and probing.<\/p>\n

“The boys didn’t tire and I think the amount of pressure we put on them made their defence crack. You saw it against Boro and you saw it at Doncaster \u2014 it’s a sign of our durability.<\/p>\n
“We are fitter now compared to last season. When we are on the ball, we are moving it quickly around the pitch and asking more questions of the defence.<\/p>\n
“Last season we didn’t really do that. We sat on the ball and were very cautious, but I think we are reaping the rewards of the manager’s approach this season. It’s looking very promising for us and it could be the difference for us this time.<\/p>\n
“Of course I want to be starting every game, but I have to look around and realise the manager has plenty of players to come in<\/p>\n
