They deserve massive credit.

“It’s going to happen for Luke a lot sooner rather than later.

“He’s a good, good player and he possesses a lot of skills you can’t teach. People can point to the fact he hasn’t scored yet but he’s doing his job bringing others into the game brilliantly and that’s probably more important in our team.

“He showed what he can do against Bristol City but he will also be a goal threat.

“I’m sure he can be a big hit for us and a bit of a star.

“We’re very much a team and we put that first, but I’m not sure it’s an argument to say Cardiff v Swansea is the individual stars against a team of hard workers.

“I think a lot of the lads have made names for themselves by what we’ve done as a side and are individual threats in their own right.

“We’ve come together as a team but that’s allowed players to shine. However you want to put it, it’s two good sides going for it.

“Every one has been getting bigger and bigger,” he admitted.

“That’s not people just hyping it up because you only have to look at the positions we’re in to see it’s right.

“But then again, we could both be playing Norwich and it would be a huge game.

“The fact is we are two teams right up the top of the league going head-to-head. We both want the points and stop the other team taking them.

“It should be a great game and none of us can wait because we know what it means.”

The Swansea City defender will today be tasked with keeping quiet a Cardiff City attack that contains Michael Chopra, Craig Bellamy and Jay Bothroyd. Described as the best forward line in the Championshp, Williams will be looking to help keep them quiet for the second time this season – having seen them shut out in […]

[49

post-17937","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-news
["GET
