It has been four times that the Swansea City striker has lined up against Middlesbrough and to date he has five goals to his tally in those games.<\/p>\n
So a trip to the Riverside may not have come at a better time for the striker who has yet to break his duck since his move to the Liberty from West Brom.<\/p>\n
That run of goals also included his only Premier League hat trick and he told the Western Mail \u201cMiddlesbrough\u2019s been a good place for me over the years<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t know why I just seem to like playing up there.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor any player to score a hat-trick in the Premier League puts you into the record books and it was good to get one when I was young. It was a big thing.<\/p>\n
\u201cI scored a left-foot goal and two right-foot goals. I remember them clearly, but I remember every goal I scored.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou always remember your goals.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere\u2019s no pressure at all,\u201d insists Moore.<\/p>\n
\u201cSometimes when you play one up front you know there are going to be a few games where all the chances might fall to a midfielder.<\/p>\n
\u201cSometimes you can be a bit of a sacrificial lamb, but I\u2019m sure with this team the chances are going to come.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s not an issue.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs a team we go out there to win the game and if I score or Darren Pratley scores, we will all be happy because we are going to do this as a team.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur team is very good. We keep the ball well and for us it\u2019s a matter of still gelling with each other to see what\u2019s best for me and the team.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere\u2019s no problems with that.<\/p>\n
\u201cQPR had a massive win at Reading, but it\u2019s still all to play for,\u201d added Moore.<\/p>\n
\u201cHaving Neil Warnock is massive because he\u2019s been there and done it. They are looking pretty strong, but you never know.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s more open this year than last year.<\/p>\n
\u201cA lot of teams can step out of the pack. At the moment it\u2019s like everyone is jockeying for position.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhoever goes on a run now, there\u2019s automatic and promotion places up for grabs.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou could drop out of the play-offs, the worst case scenario, or you could make it to the top two.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ve just got to put it together.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s going to be a very hard game because Middlesbrough have got one of the best squads in the league and they will probably think they should be a lot higher than they actually are.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019ve got very good players so nothing is going to some easy on Saturday.\u201d<\/p>\n
Moore was replaced in the second half of last week’s defeat to Cardiff but he will be fit and ready to go on Saturday – \u201cI\u2019m OK now. I had a bit of dizziness and double vision, but that\u2019s derbies for you.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t know who did it but I was running around with double vision for about 15 minutes so I had to tell the bench to take me off.<\/p>\n
\u201cObviously it\u2019s not ideal for us that we didn\u2019t win, but we have to keep our heads up and keep going.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s about winning games in this league to take you places, drawing games don\u2019t really take you places.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe know what our target is and we need to try and win as many games as we can.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s hard for the city to take, but that\u2019s football and you have to move on because there is a bigger target.<\/p>\n
