“We could do with some more luck \u2014 we hit the woodwork three times in one attack on Tuesday, which was unbelievable.<\/p>\n
“And with the table the way it is, we deserve a little luck at times.<\/p>\n
“Queens Park Rangers seem to have got quite a few results in the last few minutes, and doing that gives you that little edge.<\/p>\n
“Back home, Ajax were on a great streak of winning championships when I was growing up and people called them ‘lucky Ajax’.<\/p>\n
“They always seemed to have something extra, that little bit of luck, and scored late goals.<\/p>\n
“I loved the way they played \u2014 they were a great example of how to play football.<\/p>\n
“It’s not just about being lucky, if you work hard and play good football, then usually you’ll get what you deserve.”<\/p>\n
