"He has worked very hard and very thoroughly to get back, and it's good to see him with the rest of the group again. <\/p>\n
"He has got terrific qualities and a brilliant personality — he is the sort of player you want to have around.<\/p>\n
"It's been a difficult year for Tom because I know he has been a good player for Swansea," Rodgers added.<\/p>\n
"But I like him — he has got intelligence and he is a good lad on top of that.<\/p>\n
"He is a clever player on the pitch and off it he understands what we are trying to do.<\/p>\n
"Tom's first target is to work his way into a position where he is available again," Rodgers said. <\/p>\n
"He was looking really good when he was building up towards his last comeback, but then the injury struck again.<\/p>\n
"He has now put in the work again to get to this stage and hopefully, over the next couple of weeks, he can get himself football-fit.<\/p>\n
