Nathan Dyer insists that the Swans head to Stamford Bridge this weekend with the belief that they can scare Chelsea<\/p>\n
Dyer scored his first Premier League goal last weekend in the 3-0 demolition of West Brom at the Liberty and that has given the squad extra confidence of this weekend’s trip to Chelsea.<\/p>\n
The game will be their third away game of the season and follows on from the games against Man City and Arsenal – both venues where the Swans gave a very good account of themselves but ultimately came away empty handed at the end of the game.<\/p>\n
But Dyer told the Western Mail\u00a0\u201cIt was always about getting that first goal because I knew once that went in we could kick on and that\u2019s what happened last week<\/p>\n
\u201cI think we showed in that game we are ready for the Premier League and it\u2019s brilliant for us to take that into the Chelsea game.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have always had good confidence and as much as it will be a tough test we can look forward to it because we can scare them.<\/p>\n
\u201cAny team can scare anyone in this division and you only have to look at Blackburn beating Arsenal.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe know it will be tough but it\u2019s always about how you play on the day and we have been playing very well of late and we can take that into Saturday.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think we have the attributes to be good Premier League players.<\/p>\n
