Kemy Agustien has revealed that he trained throughout the summer despite being told by the club to rest<\/p>\n
“I trained almost all the way through the summer. The club told me I needed rest after the injury and the operation but I’m a little hard-minded so I started running and played street soccer back in Holland. I spent a lot of time with the physio back home<\/span> and I’d train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays and sometimes on a Saturday, too.<\/p>\n “But I like to be with the ball so on top of that I’d play Street Soccer with my mates.<\/p>\n “It can get pretty intense because no-one wants to lose – but we have a good side with my brother and my cousins and friends from when I was growing up. I’d train in the morning, have a rest then start playing around five and stay on until ten or eleven at night. We were the best so we were always the last ones on.<\/p>\n “There is more I need to do to get where I want to be and I have to work hard to get there.
