Swansea captain Ashley Williams is ready for today’s test against Chelsea – a side he describes as the strongest in the Premier League<\/p>\n
Williams said: \u201cTo me, Chelsea look the strongest team in the Premier League.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019ve got a really solid unit behind a front four that could do anything this season.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019ve got some skilful players with some good workers in behind them and a good defence, so we know it\u2019s a big ask.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey are full of confidence at the moment and it\u2019s going to be a very tough game for us.<\/p>\n
\u201cI thought we played well at\u00a0Man<\/span><\/span>\u00a0City, we didn\u2019t get the result we wanted but we did take a lot of confidence from it \u2013 and we\u2019ll use that against Chelsea.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are at home and we are aiming to win the game, definitely.<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s what we are all about, we conceded in the last minute against them at the Liberty last season and we want to go one better now.<\/p>\n \u201cTorres is a really good\u00a0player<\/span><\/span>, he scored at Stamford Bridge but we managed to shut him out at our place \u2013 and we will be looking to do the same again.<\/p>\n \u201cWe will just play our own game. You saw that against Luis Suarez, you just have to get close to these players and try not to give them any space and time.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m enjoying playing next to Chico,\u201d said Williams, who struck up a formidable partnership with Steven Caulker last season during the Tottenham defender\u2019s loan spell at the Liberty.<\/p>\n \u201cWe all knew it was going to take a bit of time as he was coming from Spain and had never played here before.<\/p>\n \u201cAs a unit, as a two, I think we are looking a lot better. We understand each other a bit more and he probably understands the English game a bit more.<\/p>\n \u201cHe can speak a lot more English now and we get by a lot better.
