Mark Sampson was part of the coaching staff at the Centre of Excellence for two years under Roberto Martinez and oversaw the programme for players in the 9-16 year group.<\/p>\n
He lists his own responsibilities at that times as <\/p>\n
* Develop, communicate and review delivery of new technical syllabus
\n * Assist with coaching of YTS Players on a daily basis
\n * Co-ordinate coach continual professional development (CPD)
\n * Lease with key partners to develop links for COE
\n * Report progress on regular basis to Head of Youth<\/p>\n
The England team beat Canada 2-1 to reach their first ever semi final in the World Cup where they will face holders Japan later this week for a place in the final.<\/p>\n
