It was a marked improvement from the performance last week against Watford and certainly a game that would have kept most neutrals interested in what was happening on the pitch.<\/p>\n
There were moments in the second half where the Swans definitely rode their luck as Everton tried to secure an away win but at the same time there were chances that came the Swans way with Gomis coming close twice in the first half.<\/p>\n
Monk though was happy to see the step up in performance after the disappointment of Watford \u00e2\u20ac\u0153It was very even, we had chances and they had chances, but I think both teams will be happy with a point. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I thought it was an entertaining game and a good advert for Premier League football. Both teams went for it and both teams defended well.<\/p>\n
