\u00e2\u20ac\u0153It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s always difficult away from home, so it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a good victory. Four points from the first three games and a win in the EFL Cup is a pretty reasonable start, so I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m happy.<\/p>\n
Despite the result, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m not so happy with the performance. In the first-half we were better, but in the second-half we had to defend too much. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Palace put a lot of long balls into our box and although we kept a clean sheet, there were a few nervous moments. I was also a bit disappointed with what we did with the ball in the second half, so there is still plenty to work on.\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00e2\u20ac\u2122<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153You go into every game trying to win and get points, but this is disappointing for everyone who loves Crystal Palace. We want to get off the mark and get some goals and points on the table and we didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t achieve that.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153In the first half we didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t show any courage on the ball. We saw a lot of moments where we could play on the ground and we didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t look comfortable, and I cannot say it was because Swansea did a fantastic job. There were two teams that didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t play at their best, and as we both played a 5-3-2 then there is a spare man in the back for both teams, so you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re doing to have a lot of duels and the team that makes the least mistakes wins this kind of game.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153In the second half we gave the game away in three minutes. We could have done better with both goals but the biggest thing I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m disappointed about is not showing the courage. We did at 2-0 and we saw a different Crystal Palace, and that is the one I want to see. We created chances and they didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t, and that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s what I want.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
