It was not shock that Middlesbrough manager Neil Warnock was fined after his post match rants at the start of this month after he watched his side beaten at the Liberty thanks to a last minute penalty from Andre Ayew.<\/p>\n
Warnock was unhappy at what he believed were decisions that all went against his side and suggested that the Swans would get promotion with the ‘right referees’ even with a remark that Steve Cooper could be calling in favours from his father (former referee Keith Cooper)<\/p>\n
