The Swans will play newly promoted Rotherham United on the opening day of the campaign after the Football League’s fixture list was announced this morning.<\/p>\n
This is followed by a home game against Blackburn the following week with the first game taking place on the weekend of the 30th of July.<\/p>\n
It means there’s just over five weeks until the season kicks off with Russell Martin still in the market for further additions to the first team squad.<\/p>\n
The two Cardiff games take place on October the 22nd (at home) and April the 1st as the Swans look to complete a “double double.”<\/p>\n
