The Trust – formed in 2001 – holds an election every 12 months where candidates can stand and be voted for by the members to work on the Trust board.  The successful candidates are all elected for a period of two years and may stand for re-election at that time. <\/font><\/p>\n

The Trust board themselves then provide the link between the membership and the football club, the stadium and other areas that affect the support both directly and indirectly.  <\/font><\/p>\n

Election to the Trust board is a voluntary decision although successful candidates are asked to attend monthly Trust Board meetings – usually the first Monday of each month – and assist where possible at Trust events which range from fans forums to bowling nights and other similar functions  <\/font><\/p>\n

The Trust board also vote between themselves as to which people take on roles such as Supporter Director at the football club – a role that can only be taken by an elected member of the board.  <\/font><\/p>\n
