But it seems that Pearson forgot to tell one person in particular – his manager Paul Jewell – who still aims to try and secure the services of Bodde as he prepares for life in the Championship.<\/p>\n
"The door isn't shut," Jewell said.<\/p>\n
"We would love to sign Bodde and, if Swansea can be sensible about a price, we can do a deal."<\/p>\n
The Daily Star also reports that Derby could be ready to return for the player with a seven figure bid – something that is still unlikely to attract Swansea especially amid speculation that the player is about to ask to remain at the Liberty.<\/p>\n
