The transfer of Morgan Whittaker away from Swansea City appears to be entering its final steps after reports stated that he had agreed personal terms on a move to Rangers.<\/p>\n
The Swans rejected a \u00a32m approach from Rangers earlier in the day but suggestions are that both clubs are close to agreeing a deal with just the structure of it seemingly slightly apart.<\/p>\n
Generically with transfers when it gets to that stage then it becomes just a matter of time before a fee is agreed and even more so when the player is happy with the personal terms on offer.<\/p>\n
