When you do that, it\u2019s impossible not to connect with the supporters.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we scored the third goal that day, I turned round and was shouting \u2018Come on\u2019, and locked eyes with a fan behind the dugout who was doing exactly the same thing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThose are the feelings we want people to have, and the connection we want to have.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe need to work really, really hard to ensure we make everyone proud of the team.
