Many of us will remember Billy from his days as assistant manager to Jan Molby at the Vetch. His career also took him to Blackpool, Scarborough, Cardiff and most recently first team coach at second division Bury.<\/p>\n

Many had hoped that Billy would return to his coaching duties in the near future but sadly he finally lost his long battle with lymph node cancer last night.<\/p>\n

Everyone at jackarmy.net would like to takes this opportunity to extend our deepest sympathies to all his family and friends at this sad time.<\/p>\n

If you would like to leave tributes to Billy and messages of condolence to his family, we have set up a message board at the link below. We will then pass these messages on to Billy’s family.<\/p>\n
