Roger Freestone will soon celebrate 11 years at the Vetch and early on in the season we can expect him to make his 500th league appearance. Signed back in 1991 from Chelsea, Roger has made the Number 1 jersey his own and is widely regarded as the top keeper outside the top two divisions. Capped once by Wales against Brazil in 2000, this season will also see Roger celebrate a well deserved testimonial match at the Vetch. Was put in joint charge of first team duties at the end of last season but for now reverts to the goalkeeping role we all want him to do.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
