31.05.03 – 8.57am – The first shock of the day. John Williams is first up and running laps around the garden. Once he has done 35 of them, he decides to take a break and wake the rest of the housemates up.
31.05.03 – 10.11am – Leighton James is making breakfast. In turn he asks each of the housemates what they want. There are some surprising answers but Leighton James is more surprising as he congratulates each person on their choice after they have made it.
31.05.03 – 11.34am – Near disaster in the house. Jason Smith is walking through the living room and trips over one of the sofas. He falls into the breakfast bar before rebounding off it and cracking his head on a bar stool. Luckily though he escapes without a scratch.
31.05.03 – 12.23am – After a long discussion with Peter Owen and Myra, John Hollins concedes that his squad wasn’t good enough for the second division. He admits that he made some strange tactical decisions during the course of the season and that some of his after match interviews were odd to say the least. Puzzled looks are exchanged between Peter and Myra.
31.05.03 – 2.14pm – Steve Watkin and Leigh Dineen are talking about his release from the club. Leigh has pointed out that Brian Flynn did not feel that Steve was offering us anything in front of goal and Watkin is forced to concede that bar holding the ball up, there was little he has offered in the last couple of years. He believes he has lived off one goal against Arsenal for eleven years.
31.05.03 – 3.01pm – A look into the Big Jack Brother garden sees that John Williams is frantically trying to complete 1000 press ups in under two hours. All the housemates are amazed at his stamina and fitness levels.
31.05.03 – 4.44pm – James Thomas is talking about his hat-trick against Hull. He admits that he got lucky with the second goal and that it was never a penalty and that his third was meant to be a power shot as opposed to a chip.
31.05.03 – 5.12pm – Peter Owen talks to the group about the official club web-site. He states that maybe the Swans World section is slightly overpriced and that he wouldn’t pay for it if he had the choice. He also admits to re-wording players comments to make them sound better!
31.05.03 – 6.47pm – Nick Rees has gone mad. He is apologising to John Hollins for all those nasty things that he wrote about him on the internet a couple of years back and says he feels that he may have mis-judged the former Swans manager. Leighton James also receives an apology and Nick tells him "maybe you are speaking out of the right orifice after all"
31.05.03 – 8.00pm – Dinner time in the house. Over dinner Steve Watkin makes a vain effort to chat up Myra. He confesses that he has fancied here for many years and if only he was 10 years older they could have a long and happy future together.
31.05.03 – 9.04pm – John Williams continues to amaze the housemates. After completing 75 laps of the garden, 1,000 press ups and 500 sit ups during the day he is now power lifting using four bags of potatoes on a broom handle. The other housemates are now officially scared.
31.05.03 – 11.34pm – There has been no alcohol consumed in the house today and all the housemates agree that it is a better house because of it. They make a pact that none of them will drink again until they leave the house.
01.06.03 – 12.24am – Leon Britton wakes up and realises that he has just dreamed the whole day 9 in the Big Jack Brother house. All he needs now is for Bobby Ewing to walk out of the shower!
