The Supporters Trust has organised its first ever social event where Swans fans will have the opportunity to meet and mix with the club’s players in a relaxed and informal setting. The ten pin bowling event is open to everyone: i.e. non-Trust members, individuals, families, businesses, clubs, etc. either as to participants or merely as spectators. Children are most welcome as both players and spectators but must be accompanied by an adult.

All 26 lanes of the Megabowl complex at Parc Tawe have been booked for this fun event which is taking place on Wednesday evening the 8th October 2003, thus enabling a maximum of 208 people to actively participate. This, along with possibly several hundred spectators should make for an action packed fun night. Food will be available on the night at extra cost and bar facilities will be available throughout the evening for both contestants and spectators. The event may also be filmed as part of an upcoming S4C programme about the Supporters Trust/Swans fans.

Initial indications are that the event may well be oversubscribed and we would urge anyone interested in reserving a team lane to contact the Trust’s Admin Officer Debbie Rees as soon as possible to indicate an interest. Similarly individual entrants should contact us too as soon as possible.

Debbie can be contacted on 07977 382328 or by e mail via jacksup47@hotmail.com As far as reservations are concerned, these will be taken on a first come/first served basis.
