Macron To Supply New Shirts? |
A post on the message board this evening suggests that Macron are to be the suppliers of the Swans new shirts next season, albeit indirectly after they have been imported by local firm, House Of Fun, It has long since been speculated that Bergoni’s contract to supply the shirts would not be renewed and for a while it was believed that Joma would be the make of the new shirts. But now it appears that House of Fun will be importing the Macron shirts, before adding the Swans badge and sponsor to them and supplying the club shop at the new stadium as well as the one in the Quadrant. Macron’s own web-site describes themselves as follows: – "We work hard to give you the best. From 1971, the year Macron was founded, we work hard, giving special attention to the needs of athletes. This seems to have been a winning strategy because today the Macron brand has gone global. Technical teamwear with the Macron label is used by teams of all levels throughout the world. In Italy, in Europe, in the USA, in Canada, in Japan you can see the Macron logo on technical wear worn by children and professional athletes. And we’re still growing. We’re always on the lookout for new fabrics that guarantee a better quality, new styles, new collections. We have an idea. We want to give you fast, quality service. We want our products to get to you in just a few days. We work hard to realize this idea. Browsing this site you’ll see our products, you’ll understand what our vision of sport is. You’ll get to know our company and the people who work here. You’ll learn to think like us. All this because we want to see you go out and play harder." Macron currently supply the kits to FC Bologna as well as Calcio Padova and Football Club Sion in other countries. Macron’s web site can be found by clicking this link which will open in a new window for you.
