The second issue of A Touch Far Vetched, the Swansea City fanzine will be launched on the first home league game of the new season, now less than nine weeks away. It is believed that the Swans will be at home on August 7 to launch the new season but this will not be confirmed until 23 June when the fixtures are released.

But rest assured that whatever date the first league game at White Rock is, you will find the usual suspects dotted around outside the ground persuading you to part with ร‚ยฃ1 for the latest copy of the fanzine.

At 32 pages yet again issue two will contain some of the following

  • The adventures of Magic Daps

  • The real reason why we don’t play Arsenal

  • Been There – a look back at the 2000/2001 season and its mistakes

  • Should we have left the Vetch?

  • The chance to win a replica 2005/2006 Swansea City shirt

  • Much Much More……

However, if you can’t be bothered to talk to us at the first game at White Rock or you are quite simply too lazy to dig into your pocked for ร‚ยฃ1 on the day you can order copies of the fanzine in advance by clicking this link where you will be taken to the web site of the fanzine to order your copy of issue two which will then be posted to you early August.

Alternatively you can use this link to subscribe in advance to the next six issues of the fanzine which will take you right through until the end of the season in terms of your reading matter.

The ‘A Touch Far Vetched’ team would remind you that all profits from the fanzine go directly back into the club via it’s youth department and because of increased crowds next season there will be more copies of the fanzine available for purchase which in turn means more money for the club.

Issue One was extremely well received both amongst the fans and the fanzine world and we hope that we have built on that success with issue two.
