Vic was a Manchester City regular until he came to Swansea in 1966 playing at full back He played for the swans for 5 years He then went to Chelmsford Town played there for 4years when the then chairman Malcolm Struel asked him to come back to the swans as a commercial manager he did that job for a number of years he now works for Llanelli football club.
