After several days of constant rumours it appears tonight that Darren Pratley is on the verge of joining Swansea from Premiership side Fulham.

Rumours first began surfacing last week that Jackett was back in for the man that turned him down for a loan move towwards the end of last season. And whilst a formal bid was announced for Roger Johnson at Wycombe, many posts now say that whilst they waited for an answer there, Jackett was moving to secure the midfielder for a fee rumoured to be around £100,000

Whilst nothing formal has been announced it does appear that we may be on the verge of announcing our first summer signing. Pratley turned us down for a move to Brentford before the last transfer deadline but that move expired when Swansea defeated the Bees in the play off semi finals. And after being told that he had no future at Fulham, Jackett moved in quickly to snap up the signature as he looks to strengthen a midfield four names down since the season ended.
