He joined from Torquay where he had scored 33 times in over 150 appearances. He started his career at Arsenal as a trainee but moved to Swindon on loan but didn’t make an impact and he then moved to Torquay on a free transfer in 2002. Kuffour has scored twice against Swansea in the past.
