Why not visit our sponsors lounge Saturday’s referee is Clive Penton from Sussex; he became a Football League referee in 2001 and produces nearly 4 Yellow cards per game so far this season, but has only sent off 4 players. Mr Penton needs no introduction to Swans fans; he refereed our game against Bristol City away in January last season where we lost 1-0. He booked 7 Swans players and sent off Tom Williams in that game. He will take charge of his third Swans game this season – against Forest (away) and Gillingham (home) – he limped off injured in that game too.
