Shaun has come through the youth ranks at Swansea City and is only 19 years old; he is a midfielder who can play on the right as well as in the centre. The Welsh U-21 has impressed in a lot of the games he’s played but is still obviously inexperienced and is still learning his trade. He won’t be first choice, but will probably only play in the cup games and cover for any injuries of suspensions that the midfield will pick up, it’s unclear if he does figure in Martinez’s plans but does look a good prospect and has played well in pre season.
