Tuesday’s referee is Mike Thorpe from Suffolk, he became a Football League referee in 2002 and averaged around 3 Yellow cards per game last season, he has only taken charge of three Swansea games – all away from home – his last being In 2006 in our away win at Forest. He will be joined by Eric Mackrell from Hampshire and David Phillips from Sussex who will be running the line. Let’s hope he’s an improvement on the other referees we have had this season so far.
