Duffy To Miss Three |
Darryl Duffy will miss the Swans next three games after picking up a groin strain in the club’s 2-0 defeat at Leeds last Saturday.
Duffy will miss the visits of Brighton and Swindon in the next 5 days together with the trip to Leyton Orient a week on Saturday. The club are hopeful that he will return for the game against Wycombe on October 9. “Darryl stretched for a ball at the start of the second-half against Leeds and the ball hit him on the leg, pulling his groin,” confirmed Swans physio Richie Evans on the official website “It’s not too serious, but it’s likely to rule him out for a couple of games. “He’s already started his rehabilitation process and we are hoping to get him back for the JPT tie against Wycombe on Tuesday, October 9.” The injury means that Warren Feeney is likely to partner Jason Scotland up front against Brighton on Saturday – fans are reminded that kick off is at the earlier time of 1.30pm What are your thoughts?
