Lyn Phillips, the Operations Manager for the Stadium will attend the forum along with Phil Hovestadt who is the manager of the ticket office.  They will take questions from the fans regards a host of items ranging from stewarding through to the way ticket sales are handled.

There has been much criticism of the way the stadium is operated on matchdays and Mr Phillips has agreed to front a fans forum where supporters are invited to pass their feedback directly in a constructive and positive manner on the evening.  Lyn is the Operations Manager of the Stadium having joined last year and his responsibilities include the smooth running of the stadium on matchdays amongst other duties.

Phil is responsible for every ticket sale that takes place at the stadium and the ticket office is an area which has also come under much criticism.   However, Phil is prepared to take questions regards the various policies and procedures

The event will be held at the Liberty Stadium on 17 April with a 7.30pm start and, although a Trust led event, is open to all supporters be they members or non members.

The event follows hot on the heels of a quiz night which will be held at the Highwayman in Bridgend on 3 April with a 7.30pm start again.
