The game – already changed to a Sunday kick off will now start earlier at the request of Sky Sports who will screen the Manchester Derby immediately after the game.
The clash will be the second between the two sides this season after this month's Carling Cup clash and the first league meeting for almost ten years between the Swans and Cardiff.
The game is expected to be a total sell out and ticket details will be announced nearer the date.
The statement released on the official site said:
"Swansea City's home clash against Cardiff on Sunday November 30 has been brought forward by 15 minutes and will now kick-off at 11.15am.
This is due to Sky Sports' other live fixture that day, the Manchester derby between City and United, which kick's-off at 1.30pm on the same channel.
Both clubs were happy by the request from Sky Sports to alter the start time."
